This license governs the use of all digital products sold on raydan.me, including but not limited to templates, starter systems, UI kits, and other downloadable resources.
By purchasing or downloading a product, you are granted a license to use the product under the terms described below.
Permitted Use
You are allowed to:
- Use the product for personal and commercial purposes
- Use the product to create one (1) end product per license
- Modify, customize, and adapt the product to fit your needs
- Use the product for client work (including websites built for paying clients)
- Collaborate with unlimited team members, collaborators, or seats on the same licensed project
Project Limitation
Each license permits use of the product in a single end product or project.
An end product refers to one website, application, platform, or equivalent deliverable.
If you wish to use the product in additional projects, you must purchase an additional license for each project.
Restrictions
You are not allowed to:
- Use the product in more than one end product per license
- Resell, redistribute, or sublicense the product (free or paid)
- Share the source files or code in a way that allows reuse or extraction
- Include the product in a competing product, template, or framework
- Claim the product or its source code as your own work
The license is granted to you as an individual or organization and may not be transferred.
Attribution
Attribution is not required.
You may remove or modify any existing copyright notices or links included in the product, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Ownership
All products remain the intellectual property of Raydan.
Purchasing a product grants you a license to use, not ownership of the source material.
Termination
This license is automatically terminated if you violate any of its terms.
Upon termination, you must cease all use of the product and delete all copies in your possession.
